Now is the time to introduce you to the Juraj Dobrila University where I spent my ERASMUS year. I joined it on the 7th of October. The university was founded in 2006 near the city center, close to everything you could need. (restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, etc). It welcomes around 3000 students per year. The university is made up of 5 constituents:

 

 - Faculty of Economics and Tourism - M. Mijo Mirkovic,
 - Faculty of Philosophy,
 - Faculty of Educational Sciences,
 - Department of Italian Language Studies and
 - Music academy.

 

Faculty of Economics and Tourism - Dr. Mijo Mirkovic is the largest member of the Juraj Dobrila University in Pula. Students in this faculty can choose from the following specialization: tourism, financial management, marketing management, management and entrepreneurship and business economics, students can further specialize by applying for several masters study programs: tourism and development, financial management, marketing management, management and entrepreneurship and IT management.
